MY STORY
Ryan Cravitz
President & Founder
I am an independent Financial Advisor who's passionate about providing holistic retirement planning services for retirees and pre-retirees. At Cravitz Financial, we follow the Fiduciary Standard, which means we are legally and ethically obligated to act in your best interest. We do this by providing strategic tax planning, income planning, investment solutions, and portfolio management. I value an education-based relationship with my clients; I want to make sure you feel empowered to make informed financial decisions that will help you reach your unique financial goals.
In 2011, after a decade spent working at some of the biggest names in the financial planning industry, I realized I would have the greatest impact by opening my own independent financial firm. That has allowed me to continue my work of helping friends, neighbors, my community here in Orange County, California, and other families all over the country achieve financial independence.
I am dedicated to ongoing education. I am a graduate of San Diego State University and hold a Bachelor's degree in political science. I am also pursuing the Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation from the American College and have passed all necessary coursework. Throughout the year, I conduct Retirement Planning workshops to help people sort through the complexities that come with retiring, and I help them build a roadmap that will ensure they can retire with confidence. I also host a podcast called Candid Conversations: Retirement Talk with Ryan Cravitz. We discuss all things retirement from Social Security, income planning, investing, taxes, and more.
I was born and raised in southern California, and currently live in Newport Beach. When I'm not designing financial plans you can find me playing beach volleyball, and spending time with my wife Racheal and our four-year old son Cody.
