Retirement is one of life's biggest transitions — you don't have to figure it out alone.
I help near-retirees and recent retirees make the shift from earning a paycheck to creating a sustainable retirement income.
After decades of saving, the challenge isn't just reaching retirement — it's knowing how to spend wisely, minimize taxes, and feel confident your plan will last.
The ClearPath Retirement Plan™
A comprehensive, one-time financial plan designed for near-retirees and recent retirees. This plan gives you clarity, confidence, and peace of mind by showing you:
When you can retire & what lifestyle is sustainable
We will show you when you can realistically retire based on your savings, income sources, and lifestyle goals. You will see whether you can stop working sooner, or what adjustments may be needed to get there, so you can make confident decisions about timing without second guessing yourself.
Reliable income strategy
Build a coordinated income plan across Social Security, pensions, and your savings to create a steady retirement paycheck you can count on. This provides stability and reduces the stress of wondering where your money will come from each month.
Tax-smart planning
Identify strategies to minimize taxes, such as creating a tax efficient withdrawal plan and determining if Roth conversions make sense for you. The result is more money in your pocket and fewer surprises from the IRS.
Align money & investments with your goals
Review your accounts to ensure your portfolio fits your goals, time horizon, and comfort with risk, and that your broader financial plan reflects your values, whether that is paying off a mortgage, helping family, or leaving a legacy.
Stress testing & risk management
Stress test your plan against downturns, inflation, and unexpected expenses to make sure it still works in tough times. This way, you will not be caught off guard by volatility, and you will have guardrails in place.
Healthcare costs & insurance review
Address expected healthcare costs to make sure your plan has the resources to cover them. For life insurance and long term care, review existing policies to ensure they are adequate and aligned with your needs.
Plan fee
One time flat fee of $1,500 to $3,000 (based on complexity). Exact fee provided during your consultation.
The ClearPath Retirement Plan™ gives you valuable clarity and direction on its own, and for many people it also becomes the first step toward an ongoing planning relationship.
What you leave with
A comprehensive financial roadmap that pulls all the pieces of your retirement together, a clear written action plan with next steps, and the confidence to move forward knowing your retirement is on solid ground.
Simple 3-Step Process
Discovery Meeting (60-90 minutes)
Review your full financial picture, including accounts, income sources, spending needs, and personal goals. We will also discuss lifestyle priorities such as travel or family support and uncover any concerns you may not have considered. The clearer the picture, the more precisely your plan will fit your life.
Analysis and Plan Preparation
Behind the scenes, I will take the information we gathered and run different retirement scenarios. I will test withdrawal strategies, tax approaches, investment allocations, and possible retirement ages, and also model how your plan holds up during market downturns or rising costs. From this analysis, I will create a personalized, actionable plan that balances financial security with your desired lifestyle.
Plan Delivery (60 to 90 minutes)
Review your plan in clear terms. Walk through your retirement timeline, income strategy, tax opportunities, and risk management. An additional meeting can be scheduled to make sure we cover everything thoroughly and that you fully understand your plan.

Ongoing Planning and Investment Management
Many people choose to continue working with me after their plan is delivered. If you do, and you meet the $500k minimum investment requirement, your ClearPath Retirement Plan™ fee will be fully refunded. The plan provides clarity and direction on its own, but if ongoing guidance is right for you, we will simply continue from your plan and manage the details for you.
Ongoing Support Includes:
Security of your accounts
For your protection, all client investment accounts are held securely with Charles Schwab or Fidelity, two of the most trusted custodians in the industry.
Straightforward Fees
Ongoing management fees are based on the assets I manage for you. The structure is tiered, meaning the percentage decreases for larger account balances. Fees are debited directly from your accounts for simplicity, and everything is fully transparent on your statements.
Insurance planning
Insurance is never the starting point of your plan. But in some cases, life insurance, long term care, or annuities can complement your strategy. If appropriate, I will explain the options clearly, and any compensation is always disclosed and transparent.
